Shipping Within the USA
Free shipping on orders over $100 with Standard USPS.
Orders under $100 ship for $8.
You can upgrade to faster shipping options:
Priority USPS: $15
Express USPS: $25
Orders are packed and shipped from our US Warehouse in San Clemente, CA.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, but during peak periods (End of Season Sale, Black Friday, etc.) dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Orders are usually ready next day, but during busy periods please allow up to 5 days.
Import Duties
US customers ordering from our US website will not pay import duties or tariffs.
All goods are shipped domestically from California.
If an Order Is Returned to Sender
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, it will be returned to DHaRCO. We will refund the order less the original shipping fee and any carrier return charges.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. DHaRCO cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Once completed you will receive instructions of how to send back your items back to us.
Exchange / Refund Policy
You can exchange or refund full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
How Returns Work (USA)
All US returns and exchanges must be submitted through our online returns portal.
Once submitted, a prepaid return shipping label is generated for you.
- Exchanges: Free. No return shipping cost is charged.
- Refunds: The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Condition of Returned Items
Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in saleable condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging attached.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply to full-priced items only.
Sale items and promotional items are eligible for exchange or a credit note. No refund on sale items.

Exchanges
If you request an exchange and the item is available, DHaRCO will cover the cost to ship the replacement back to you.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not fit for use, we will refund you in full, including reasonable return postage, or send a replacement.
Faulty does not include:
– Damage from crashes
– General wear and tear
– Damage caused by not following care instructions
All faulty items will be assessed by our team to determine the cause.
Proof of Purchase
Required for all returns, exchanges, and faulty claims.

All payments will be charged in USD.

Your details are only passed to third parties, such as the eWay payment gateway or Australia Post, where necessary to make a purchase.
